No refunds
Kurdub paid plans are digital. Once you complete checkout, the charge is final. We do not offer refunds, credits, chargebacks-by-request, or prorated unused time.
This applies to Pro, Max, upgrades, and any later plan we add that is billed the same way.
What you buy
A paid plan raises your monthly video count and the maximum length of each clip. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month in Baghdad time. Unused videos do not roll over.
Processing still depends on the file you upload, the spoken audio, and service availability. A job that fails, a caption you dislike, or a month you barely use does not create a refund.
How payment works
Checkout is charged in Iraqi dinar. Plan prices are shown in US dollars. You can pay with FastPay, FIB, Mastercard, Visa, SuperQi, ZainCash, or another supported method. Kurdub does not store your card number.
Once payment shows as complete, the matching plan is applied to the Google account you used at checkout.
Chargebacks
Opening a dispute or chargeback after a completed payment is a breach of these terms. We may suspend the account and keep the plan inactive while the dispute is open.
