Privacy Policy

Rx.ai is an AI platform operated by Qalyx. This policy explains how we handle information when you sign up, sign in, or use the service.

Our approach

Rx.ai is built for builders who want a private workspace. We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or build behavioral profiles from your activity. We do not monitor, review, or surveil your chats, projects, or other usage for content moderation or analytics.

What we do not do

We do not collect personal data for marketing or third-party analytics.
We do not read or monitor your conversations for oversight or profiling.
We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train public models.

Minimal data needed to run the service

To operate accounts, billing, and the product, a small amount of information is stored on our servers:

Account credentials — email, display name, avatar, Google account identifier when you use Google Sign-In, and session tokens.
Your workspace data — chat history, projects, and files you create are stored so the product works across sessions. This is operational storage, not surveillance.
Billing records — plan tier, payment references, and subscription status when you purchase a paid plan.
Basic server logs — standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time, and error records) may exist briefly for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to track what you do inside the product.

Third-party sign-in

If you use Google Sign-In, Google processes your authentication under its own privacy policy. We receive only the profile fields needed to verify identity and manage your account.

AI providers

Rx.ai routes requests to configured AI backends to generate responses. We do not claim ownership over your inputs or outputs. Third-party API providers may process requests according to their own terms; configure and use the service at your own discretion.

Retention & deletion

Workspace data remains while your account is active so you can continue your work. If you want account removal or have a privacy question, contact [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rx.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts & access

Rx.ai is available to users who sign in with Google and accept these terms. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Rx.ai. That includes every prompt, script, export, and action you take with the system. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Rx.ai is a tool — what you build or do with it is your responsibility, not ours.

No monitoring; no endorsement

We do not monitor user activity inside the platform. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content, AI outputs, or any other results the system produces. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe — verify before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rx.ai to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, to harass others, or to break the law. Because we do not monitor usage, enforcement depends on reports, abuse signals, or our discretion. Violations may result in immediate termination.

As-is; no warranty

Rx.ai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qalyx and Rx.ai operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, reputation, or business arising from your use of the service — including misuse by you or others, reliance on AI output, or third-party integrations.

Subscriptions & limits

Paid plans include usage limits (chat, agent, storage, and similar). All sales are final. Upgrades move you to a higher tier on your current billing period and charge a prorated difference based on days left and usage — downgrades are not offered. Limits, pricing, and features may change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated limits where applicable.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rx.ai at any time without liability.

Intellectual property

The Rx.ai name, branding, and platform software remain our property. You retain rights to your own inputs and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
