Privacy policy

Qalyx Engine is operated by QALYX.DEV. This policy describes how we handle information when you create an account, build apps, or subscribe to a paid plan.

Information we collect

• Account details — email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign up or update your profile.
• Build content — app name, package ID, uploaded zip files, website URLs, icons, splash images, and build settings you submit through the dashboard.
• Payment submissions — sender name, sender account or phone number, optional payment screenshot, and the plan you selected when you request Gold or Pro access.
• Usage data — build history, plan status, build counts, and basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To compile, package, and deliver your Android builds.
• To review manual subscription payments and activate paid plans.
• To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and keep the platform reliable.

Storage & retention

Build uploads and generated artifacts are kept only as long as needed to complete your build and let you download the result. Account and subscription records are retained while your account exists and as required for payment review and support.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Payments are sent by you through third-party wallets (FastPay, FIB, Qi Service, etc.) — those providers handle the transfer under their own terms. We only receive the transfer details you submit to us for verification.

Your choices

You can update your profile from the account page. To request account deletion or ask about data we hold, contact us at [email protected].

Payment & refund policy

Gold and Pro are paid monthly plans. Payment is manual — you send the listed amount through FastPay, FIB, or Qi Service, then submit your transfer details for review.

No automatic renewal

Subscriptions are paid manually and do not auto-renew. When your 30-day period ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you purchase another month.

When access starts

Your paid plan begins only after we accept and approve your payment. Until then, your account remains on the Free tier with Free plan limits.

No refunds

All payments are final. Once a payment is accepted and your Gold or Pro plan is activated, we do not offer refunds — including partial refunds — for unused builds or unused days.

No early cancellation

Paid plans cannot be cancelled before the 30-day period ends. You keep access and your remaining build allowance until the period expires; we do not stop or prorate an active month after payment has been accepted.

Build allowances

Each paid month includes a fixed number of builds (Gold: 5, Pro: 30). Unused builds do not roll over to the next period. The Free plan includes one lifetime debug build and does not require payment.

Plan changes

You may upgrade to a higher tier by submitting payment for that plan. Downgrades are not available during an active paid period — wait until your current month ends, then choose a different plan if you renew.
